Refunds and Returns Policy

No returns will be accepted for orders of Fakro or Lamilux products. 475 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and reserves the right to refuse a return that does not meet the conditions of this policy. Any damaged goods must be reported to 475 within 24 hours of delivery.

Non-Refundable Deposits

When deposits are made, you confirm your intention to purchase the materials as per the invoice/signed estimate and acknowledge that deposits are non-refundable.
